Overview
- A short weekend project for a Human-AI interaction course where I created a prototype and presentation demo of a pre-visit AI Assistant.
- Relay is a concept for asynchronous Human-Human pre-visit communication.
- Doctor and patient communicates through Relay, gathering all the important information before an in-person doctor visit. So if an in-person visit is mandated, Relay will have procured all the relevant information of the case so the doctor knows exactly what to do, instead of spending time on the repetative common questions.
- Resulting in more efficient healthcare and hopefully better patient experience, as the patient can communicate anything through Relay, anytime.
